Kevin Semancik is a Theatrical Sound Designer and Audio Engineer originally from Cincinnati, Ohio - currently living in New York City. He has been working professionally as a theatrical sound designer for the past decade.

He holds a BFA in Theatrical Design from Northern Kentucky University and an MFA in Sound Design from the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music.

Kevin is well versed in audio system design and optimization - having completed training courses from Meyer Sound, d&b, Figure 53 and Rational Acoustics. He enjoys artistically using advanced technology to help tell stories.

Kevin is the Audio Supervisor for Five OHM Productions in NYC, where he supervises projects for many off-Broadway theatre companies and serves as the Production Audio Engineer for the Second Stage - Tony Kiser Theater and the Park Avenue Armory.
